The Redmi Note 15 Pro sells for between DZD 45,000 and 78,000 in Algeria, at a median of DZD 68,500. A DZD 33,000 spread on the same model completely changes the verdict. At DZD 45,000 it is the best camera and the biggest battery in its class. At DZD 78,000 it faces better-supported phones.
Five shops list it in our November 1, 2026 survey. None offers the same version below DZD 45,000, and only one reaches 78,000. Price therefore depends on the retailer, not on the configuration.

What 200 megapixels means
The 200 MP main sensor looks impressive on a spec sheet. In practice it combines sixteen pixels into one to produce brighter 12.5 MP images. The result is good in daylight, with more detail than the segment average.

At night the physical sensor size takes over. Photos remain decent without reaching flagship level. The full 200 MP mode is useful for cropping, provided there is light and patience.
The 6,580 mAh places the Note 15 Pro among the best batteries in the catalogue. Two days of moderate use are realistic, and a heavy day does not empty it. That is the phone's strongest argument, more than the megapixel count.
The problem with the top price
At DZD 78,000 the Redmi Note 15 Pro meets the Galaxy A56 5G at DZD 72,000 and the Honor X9d at DZD 72,500. Both offer better build, longer software support and easier resale. The Redmi keeps the battery advantage and loses on the rest.

At the DZD 68,500 median the comparison is already unfavourable. At DZD 55,000 it becomes interesting. At DZD 45,000 it has no rival: no other phone combines 200 MP and 6,580 mAh at that price.
Why such a spread
Xiaomi sets high recommended prices, then lets resellers adjust. In Algeria some importers move batches on thin margins, others apply the launch price. The difference does not come from the warranty, which is often absent in both cases.
Ask for the exact version, 8 GB or 12 GB of memory, and the storage capacity. A low price can hide an 8 GB unit instead of 12 GB. That is not a scam, but the comparison must be like for like.

What is in the box
The Redmi Note 15 Pro ships with a 45 W charger and a USB-C cable in most markets. Check it at purchase: some imported units arrive without one, and replacing it costs DZD 3,000 to 5,000. A full charge takes about an hour with the original brick, against two hours with a generic 18 W charger. Ask for the invoice: it covers the brick and the cable if they fail.
Verdict
Buy the Redmi Note 15 Pro below DZD 60,000. At DZD 45,000 it is the best market choice for daylight photography and battery life. Between DZD 60,000 and 70,000, prefer the Galaxy A36 at DZD 59,900, which is better balanced. Above DZD 72,000, take the Galaxy A56 or the Honor X9d. The Note 15 Pro is an excellent phone, but its Algerian pricing is too scattered to buy blind.
