Between the S25 (6.2", 162 g) and the S25 Ultra (6.9", 218 g) lies more than a size gap: two definitions of flagship. The match, use case by use case.
Design and feel
The S25 is the phone you forget: light, compact, one-hand friendly. The Ultra impresses and makes itself felt. Neither is wrong — it's about your body.
Performance and battery

| Chip | 8 Elite | 8 Elite (vapor-cooled) |
| Battery | 4000 mAh | 5000 mAh |

Surprise: raw performance is close — same chip. The Ultra sustains it longer (vapor chamber) and lasts further on battery.

Camera and audio
This is where the Ultra wins: 5x periscope, 50 MP ultra-wide, 100x zoom, richer speakers. The S25 shoots very well to 3x — beyond, the Ultra pulls away.
