Between DZD 100,000 and 200,000, three steps appear. At DZD 98,000 the Pixel 10 is the market anomaly. At DZD 132,000 the iPhone 16 becomes reachable. At DZD 145,000 the Galaxy S24 Ultra brings a 2024 flagship within range. Each one suits a different buyer.
Our November 1, 2026 survey relies on the active offers in the comparison tool. In this budget, gaps between shops reach DZD 60,000 for the same model, so the floor price is more useful than the average.

Pixel 10 against iPhone 15
The Pixel 10 at DZD 98,000 offers 12 GB of RAM, a 6.3-inch 120 Hz screen and a Tensor G5 chip. It is the only model in this budget with that much memory at the floor price. Google promises seven years of updates on recent Pixel phones, which changes the maths if you keep a device.

The iPhone 15 at DZD 99,000 remains a safe buy: A16 chip, OLED screen, 5G and the Apple ecosystem. But with 6 GB of memory and a 3,349 mAh battery, the Pixel beats it on paper. Its edge lies elsewhere: resale value and software longevity.
At DZD 132,000 the iPhone 16 adds 2 GB of memory, an A18 chip and a better camera. The DZD 33,000 gap over the iPhone 15 is justified if you keep the phone four years. Otherwise the iPhone 15 is enough.
The jump to DZD 145,000
The Galaxy S24 Ultra at DZD 145,000 is the turning point of the budget. It brings a 6.8-inch screen, a 200 MP sensor, an optical zoom and 12 GB of memory. It is a complete flagship, released in 2024, selling at the price of a high mid-ranger a year later.

Its 5,000 mAh battery lasts a day, and the built-in stylus remains an argument for taking notes. The catch: it is heavy, and its software support runs two years behind a 2026 model. At DZD 145,000 the trade-off is reasonable. At DZD 185,000, look elsewhere.
S25 Ultra at DZD 172,000, S26 Ultra at DZD 217,000
The Galaxy S25 Ultra starts at DZD 172,000, with a newer chip and a 200 MP sensor too. The Galaxy S26 Ultra starts at DZD 217,000, with 11 active offers, the highest count in the catalogue for this range.
Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra
12GB RAM · 256GB · 6.86 · AMOLED Dynamic LTPO Amoled 2X
The DZD 45,000 gap between them buys a newer chip and faster charging, not a different experience. If your budget is DZD 200,000, the S25 Ultra at DZD 172,000 leaves DZD 28,000 for a case, a charger and extended warranty. That is a better use of money than a 2026 model at the ceiling price.

Buying used at this budget
At this price level, used changes character: a two-year-old flagship still covered by the maker's warranty costs the same as a new mid-ranger. Check the IMEI, the battery health and the original invoice before paying. A 30 to 40% discount makes the high end reachable, provided you accept the risk and test the device in hand.
Verdict
At DZD 100,000, buy the Pixel 10 for memory and software, or the iPhone 15 if resale matters. At DZD 132,000, the iPhone 16 is the most coherent Apple choice. At DZD 145,000, the Galaxy S24 Ultra offers the most phone per dinar. Above DZD 172,000, compare with the S26 Ultra before paying.
