32 live offers, from 345,000 DZD for the 256 GB Pro. Store gaps, single-SIM traps, and what to check before paying.

The iPhone 18 Pro has been on sale in Algeria since late September, and prices have settled into a pattern. Our 26 October 2026 survey counts 32 active offers across the two Pro models: 345,000 DZD for a 256 GB iPhone 18 Pro at FreeMobile, 388,000 DZD for a 256 GB Pro Max at Kaba Store, and 635,000 DZD for the 1 TB Pro Max.

Between those ends, the same phone can cost 100,000 DZD more depending on the shop, the SIM version and where the unit was sourced. Here is how to read the listings before you pay.

Figures collected on 26 October 2026 from active shops, new units only. Prices move several times a week; the comparison page keeps the per-store list current.

One detail stands out: the cheapest 256 GB Pro Max (388,000 DZD) costs barely more than the most expensive Pro (379,000 DZD). That is not a mistake. Both models arrive through the same importers, and demand concentrates on the Pro Max.

Why the same phone costs 100,000 DZD more

SIM count. A single-SIM unit usually costs 10,000 to 20,000 DZD less than a dual-SIM one. Many listings mention this only in the description, not the title. In Algeria, where using two operators is common, that matters.

Where the unit came from. European, Hong Kong and so-called "non-activated" stock do not carry the same import cost. An unactivated unit keeps its manufacturer warranty; one already activated by a previous buyer does not.

Warranty. Some shops sell with their own six-month warranty, others with Apple's international coverage. The sticker price says nothing about this, yet it decides the cost of any repair.

Stock and cash flow. A shop holding ten Pro Max units wants them moving, especially four weeks after launch. That is where the 345,000 and 388,000 DZD listings come from, not the mall showrooms.

The shops that undercut the market

FreeMobile in Chevalley has the lowest offer on the Pro and the 1 TB model. Kaba Store in Bab Ezzouar is cheapest on the 256 GB and 512 GB Pro Max. Tin Mobile Draria, TontonPhone in Dely Brahim, Phone House in Ouled Fayet and Moutcha Phone in Zeralda fill out the group, with gaps of 10,000 to 30,000 DZD between them.

These prices come from marketplace listings, not from physical shops we visited one by one. Stock can change between our survey and your call. Store addresses and contact details are on the shops page.

The "256/512" listing trap

One 378,000 DZD listing describes the Pro Max as "256/512 GB". At that price it is probably the 256 GB, but nothing guarantees it. Ask for the exact capacity, model reference and SIM count before travelling.

The same applies to listings marked "non-active" with no further detail: it can mean a new, never-activated unit, or a phone unlocked after a return. The first activation date, which the shop can pull from the serial number, settles it.

256, 512 or 1 TB?

Moving from 256 to 512 GB costs about 75,000 DZD at Kaba Store (388,000 against 463,000 DZD). The 1 TB adds another 172,000 DZD, for 635,000 total. Per gigabyte, the 512 GB upgrade is the better value; the 1 TB only makes sense for ProRes video and long shoots.

The real question is video, not photos: an hour of ProRes 4K runs to tens of gigabytes. For ordinary use, 256 GB is enough, and the price gap pays for a year of cloud storage.

Check before you pay

  • The box should be sealed, with the model reference and capacity visible.
  • Confirm the SIM count and whether eSIM is supported.
  • Check the IMEI on the spot, then in Settings > General > About.
  • Refuse any device with Activation Lock still enabled.
  • Ask for a named invoice stamped by the shop.
  • Test Face ID, all three rear cameras and charging before leaving.

Buy now or wait?

Four weeks after launch, prices are already 15,000 to 25,000 DZD below the first September listings. They should hold until the holidays, then ease slightly in January when December buyers resell their old models.

If you need the phone now, the 256 GB Pro at 345,000 DZD is the strongest offer in the survey. For the Pro Max, aim for 413,000 DZD in dual-SIM rather than 388,000 in single-SIM if you run two operators. The full spec sheet and launch timeline are in our iPhone 18 guide.

Frequently asked questions

How much does the iPhone 18 Pro cost in Algeria in October 2026?

The 256 GB iPhone 18 Pro starts at 345,000 DZD at FreeMobile. Most shops list it between 377,000 and 379,000 DZD. The 256 GB Pro Max starts at 388,000 DZD, and the 1 TB model reaches 635,000 DZD. Prices move several times a week, which is why we date the survey instead of quoting one fixed price.

Where can I find the best iPhone 18 Pro price in Algiers?

FreeMobile in Chevalley has the lowest offer on the Pro and the 1 TB model. Kaba Store in Bab Ezzouar leads on the 256 and 512 GB Pro Max. Gaps reach 30,000 DZD between shops in the same city; the comparison page keeps the list current, store by store.

What is the difference between a 1-SIM and a 2-SIM unit?

A 2-SIM unit takes two physical cards, or one card and an eSIM depending on the model. It usually costs 10,000 to 20,000 DZD more than a 1-SIM unit. If you run two Algerian carriers, the 2-SIM version saves you swapping cards every day.

Should I buy the iPhone 18 Pro now?

Prices have fallen 15,000 to 25,000 DZD since September and should hold through the holidays. Buy now if you need the phone; otherwise January is historically the cheapest month, when December buyers resell their old models.
